User Responsibilities

API Key Management

  • Free Version Users: You are responsible for obtaining, securing, and managing your own API keys from AI providers
  • You must comply with the terms of service of your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google)
  • You are responsible for all costs associated with your API usage
  • You must not share or misuse API keys

Content Generation

  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publication
  • You must ensure generated content complies with applicable laws and your website’s terms
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of published content
  • You must not use the Plugin to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content

WordPress Installation

  • You are responsible for maintaining a compatible WordPress installation
  • You must ensure your server meets the Plugin’s technical requirements
  • You are responsible for backing up your WordPress site before using the Plugin

Premium Service Terms

Subscription

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

Content Analysis

  • By using Premium features, you consent to our analysis of your existing post content
  • We use this analysis solely to improve content generation for your site
  • You retain all rights to your content; we do not claim ownership

Service Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

Third Party Services

AI Provider Integration

When using the free version, you directly interact with:

  • OpenAI: Subject to OpenAI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
  • Anthropic: Subject to Anthropic’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Google AI: Subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

You acknowledge that your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights, title, and interest in your original content

Limitations of Liability
